How Is Advertising Allocated?

Beginning on September 11, 2009 Cruise Bruise switched to exclusive advertising contracts. This means one company gets exclusive rights to have their banner ads, text links and button links, per our terms, seen on Cruise Bruise, in a winner take all campaign.

On July 11 of each year we open the window for discussion on the coming year's advertising contract.  On that day we begin discussions with interested parties who would like to have their ads seen on Cruise Bruise.

We close that window on August 10. On August 11 each year we make a decision which company will be sponsoring our site for the coming year. The prior year's ads expire on September 10 and the next year's ads go live on September 11. We do not change or adjust this schedule for any reason.

If you would like to discuss advertising on Cruise Bruise, please contact us anytime to informally discuss your options and make a note that formal discussions only take place from July 11 through August 10.
