At Cruise Bruise, unlike our competitors, all of our freelance writers get one article per week, minimum. We want our visitors to like you, to follow you and come back weekly to see what you have written new this week. Writers with excellent content may be offered more than one assignment per week.

Our major competitor in the travel writer field, Internet Brands Inc, is the industry standard for freelance travel content. Getting assignments from them weekly is uncommon. In addition, we pay double their rate.

"The compensation is a flat rate per article with a word range that may differ with each content order. Long articles, which are 400-600 words, will be paid $10. Short and medium length articles (150-250 words) will be paid $4."

Reviews include one location from a port city each week and includes three photographs, one from outside the building, two from inside. The review is 150-200 words, includes address, phone, hours, website address and the overall reason the establishment was chosen for the week. Choose from U.S. or Canadian port cities. More countries will be added later.



Port Terminal And Ship Reviews

The port or ship review would be 300-400 words, include location information, ammenities, products, services available and related information.


We pay double competitor's rates and pay through Paypal only, on the first day of each month.  All content becomes the exclusive property of Cruise Bruise. Contact us for more information and to send a sample of your work.

If you love to take photographs, have an eye for design and nice photograph composition, we have just the assignment for you. We pay $50 for every 50, beautiful, clear photographs you send us, all taken for one collection listed below.

Turn an hour's worth of work into $50 the easy way. Pick a tourism city collection from below and give us a wide range of photographs that paint a complete picture of the chosen subject.  Do not size, mat or alter the photograph in any way from the original. Avoid photographs that include people's faces. Put your 50 beautiful photographs, in .jpg format,  on a CD and send them to us.
