Norwegian Crown Cruise Ship - September 19, 2007
James Norman Miller was on a dive with a scuba diving group near the North Rock beacon in Bermuda when he got into difficulties shortly after 4pm on September 19, 2007.

Two paramedics and a doctor in the dive group attempted to help Mr Miller until the police boat arrived.

He was then taken to Spanish Point and transported to KEMH by ambulance where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

An autopsy will be carried out to determine the cause of death.
